Service Agreement
The Medical Contractor Blueprint
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between [Your Business Name] (“Provider”) and the purchaser or participant (“Participant”) upon enrollment in The Medical Contractor Blueprint (“Program”).
By purchasing, accessing, or participating in the Program, Participant agrees to the following terms.
1. Nature of the Program
The Medical Contractor Blueprint is a professional education and informational program designed to provide general guidance related to independent medical contracting, business operations, agreements, tax planning concepts, expense tracking practices, and long term professional strategy. The Program is educational in nature only and does not provide medical, legal, tax, or financial advice. Participation in the Program does not create an employer employee relationship, partnership, or agency relationship between Provider and Participant.
2. No Professional Advice or Guarantees
The Provider does not provide legal advice, tax advice, accounting services, medical advice, or financial planning services. All information provided is for educational purposes only. Participant is solely responsible for consulting with licensed professionals, including attorneys, CPAs, tax professionals, or financial advisors, before making decisions related to contracting, taxes, compliance, or business structure. The Provider makes no guarantees regarding income, tax savings, employment outcomes, contracting opportunities, or financial results.
3. Participant Responsibility
Participant acknowledges that:
- Implementation of information from the Program is voluntary and at their own discretion
- Outcomes depend on individual circumstances, decisions, and actions
- The Provider is not responsible for decisions, actions, or results arising from use of the Program
- Participant agrees to use the Program responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and professional regulations.
4. Access and Availability
Access to the Program is granted through a digital platform. The Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or remove access to the Program or any portion of its content at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Platform changes
- Content updates or removal
- Policy violations
- Business or operational decisions
- The Provider also reserves the right to discontinue the Program entirely.
5. Cancellation and Termination
The Provider may cancel or terminate a Participant’s access to the Program at any time, without refund, if the Participant:
- Violates this Agreement
- Misuses the content
- Engages in behavior deemed harmful, abusive, or inappropriate
- Attempts to reproduce, resell, or distribute Program materials without authorization
- Participant may discontinue participation at any time, but all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Intellectual Property
All Program materials, including videos, documents, templates, text, graphics, and recordings, are the intellectual property of the Provider. Participant is granted a limited, non transferable, non exclusive license to access the Program for personal educational use only. Reproduction, redistribution, resale, or sharing of Program materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to participation in the Program. Participant agrees that total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the Program.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Provider is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Acceptance of Agreement
By purchasing, accessing, or participating in The Medical Contractor Blueprint, Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Service Agreement in full.
